Respirology faculty have been actively engaged in educational activities at the undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate and continuing medical education levels.

• Undergraduate: Bio-Pharm Co-Op Program with 4-, 8- and 12-month placements.

• Graduate: MSc and Ph.D. students in the Medical Sciences Program are regularly supervised by respirology faculty. In addition, 3 new graduate courses (MS719, 721, 742) have been designed and are administered by members of the division.

• Postgraduate: Since 2003, FIRH has hosted over 30 postdoctoral fellows and visiting scientists from several different countries. In addition, FIRH is the home for the respirology residency training program. Internal Medicine and Respirology residents regularly conduct short research projects during their years of clinical training.

• Continuing Professional Education: preceptorships for local physicians, pharmaceutical representatives and physicians and scientists from abroad.
