Faculty members in Endocrinology play a vital role in undergraduate medical education, taking on roles such as Medical Foundations Tutor and Director, Endocrinology Subunit Planner, and other leadership positions in the undergraduate medical curriculum. Although Endocrinology is not a formal selective in clerkship, the division welcomes many medical students from McMaster University and elsewhere on electives on a regular basis.
Our division is committed to teaching post-graduate residents in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. Our Endocrinology residents over the years have established successful practices in academic and community settings. We strive to provide a well-rounded, high-quality experience to all trainees to help them become excellent Endocrinologists.
